We just crossed the 24 hour mile-marker for this campaign and we're 90% funded.  Only $457 to go...

For those of you who have backed the project, please share the campaign with a friend, or two.

The final countdown...

With the end in sight we wanted to announced the rest of the bonuses for our physical reward tiers.

Cue the drum roll...

We're pleased to announce the Kickstarter Exclusive Bookmark and the rest of the Character Trading Cards!

Kickstarter Exclusive Bookmark:

The bookmark is double-sided and features Kerem Beyit's cover art from A Prince's Errand.  This bookmark is in addition to the other bookmark listed in the current reward tiers.  So, all backers who pledged toward a physical reward will receive TWO bookmarks.

Character Trading Cards:

We revealed Cornar's card earlier in the campaign, and we're pleased to announced the remaining four character cards.  They include: Prince Kaescis Midivar and his two side-kicks, Laeyit the Sorceress and Bratan the Praetorian, as well as the scholar, Krindal Heyardin.

Each of the cards will feature a picture of the character as depicted by Kerem Beyit, as well as a brief character bio.

These character cards will only be available through this Kickstarter, so if you want them be sure to back the project and select the Trade paperback reward tier or higher.

And, just a reminder to all our backers.  Please review your pledge and make sure you have selected all the add-ons you wish to purchase.  You can find a list of add-ons on this Kickstarter's main page.  In order to purchase additional add-ons simply tack on the additional amount to your current pledge and send us a message of which items you wish to purchase.  Once the Kickstarter has ended we'll send out backer surveys to verify your add-ons.

International Shipping Available!

International shipping was a something we (Dan & Robert) struggled with offering before the launch of this Kickstarter.  But we finally decided to add it into our campaign.

Better late than never...

Our biggest qualm with international shipping was the cost to ship the book.  Due to the size and weight of A Prince's Errand the price to ship it internationally came to $38 - that's more than the price for the paperback and almost equal to the price of the hardcover.  If the book was smaller it would never have been an issue.

But after much debate we decided to offer international shipping for the physical reward tiers for TRADE PAPERBACK + MORE and HARDCOVER + MORE.

Add-ons for additional copies of A Prince's Errand are available in both paperback and hardcover.  Below are examples of additional pledge amounts for additional copies.

• Additional trade paperback edition of A Prince's Errand - pledge an additional $20, plus $38 for international shipping ($58 total).
• Additional hardcover edition of A Prince's Errand - pledge an additional $32, plus $38 for international shipping ($70). 

We probably should have offered this from the onset of the campaign, but for the next Kickstarter now we know better.

Over the hump, 60% Funded!

60% Funded!

We reached 60% of our funding goal over the weekend (sometime Saturday Feb 9th).  Thank you so much for helping us get that much closer to our funding goal.  You guys are awesome!

To further reward you (our backers) we're currently look at adding some additional bonuses to our physical reward tiers.  Particularly, some exclusive character trading cards.  Each card would feature a single character from Kerem Beyit's cover art illustration.

Here's a idea of what we're thinking of doing:

The back of the cards would have some brief information about the depicted character; a short biography and their most prominent traits.  Five major characters would be featured: Kaescis, Krindal, Cornar, Laeyit, and Bratan.

We're also considering an additional bookmark outside the one mentioned in the stretch goals.  But we're not quite ready to reveal that yet... Stay tuned.

After reviewing our add-on list we realized we forgot to add additional physical copies of the book...

Additional physical copies of A Prince's Errand are now available.

We are offering these additional copies at a 20% discount ($20 for trade paperback and $32 for hardcover) plus $6 shipping.

In order to purchase additional copies simply adjust your pledge amount to reflect the number of copies you want to purchase, and message us via Kickstarter with your desired add-on items.

For instance: if you pledged toward the EARLY BIRD: PAPERBACK + MORE and want another paperback and a hardcover, simply add $64 to your pledge.

There is no limit to the number of additional copies you can add-on, so grab a copy for a friend!
